The Story

Up And Social is pleased to announce a website revamp we completed for a medical billing company, NEMB Group. The goal for this website was to transition the overall look and feel of the old website to a more modern layout that conveys the original message and essence behind the brand.

NEMB Group offers a variety of medical billing services to Urgent Care Centers, Medical Practices, Emergency Response Medical Providers, and Schools. NEMB places high importance on providing website visitors with not only technical information about services provided but also an easy-to-use platform where visitors can freely navigate to helpful resources. The new website presents a vibrant, welcoming theme that enhances the company’s brand in addition to addressing the needs of NEMB’s core audience.

The Challenge

The old website delivered a wealth of information about NEMB and the services it provides but lacked the modern touch most web users are accustomed to experiencing. Additionally, the information provided did not adequately highlight NEMB’s services in a way that sets them apart from their competitors.  Consequently, NEMB had difficulty maximizing online interactive capability and lead conversion. In the health industry at large, there’s a concerted effort to balance highly technical information with a modern design that captures attention, promotes brand awareness, and converts leads. Our job with this project was to capture that modern design while also promoting a feeling of security among users. Another task was to disseminate information in an easy-to-read format and highlight the quality of service that sets NEMB apart from its competitors.

As web designers, simply displaying content is only one aspect of the solution we provide. We are challenged to design a platform that addresses the business needs of our customers while promoting appeal in a user-friendly format with prospective audiences.

Our first priority was to evaluate and update the content from the original website. We chose to reformat the information and display it in a way that highlights the excellent customer experience which NEMB provides again and again.

We also utilized design techniques including a combination of color pallets, images, and white space to further promote the energy behind the content – NEMB’s overall brand identity.  This combination of dynamic imagery and bold colors creates an eye-catching design but also facilitates the user to arrive at one important message – that NEMB is the right choice and to act upon that.
